Father and son run this winery together. Cabernet Franc is one of the main grape varieties for producing high quality red wines in the most southern wine region of Hungary. The sub Mediterranean climate and soil makes this region perfect for Cabernet Franc.
This is one of the best wines from this winery, The Selection range is made by care smaller crop. This wine spent 2 month in stainless steel tanks and 20 month in Hungarian and French barrel before went 1 year bottle ageing into the darkness of the cellar.
It’s a dark-coloured wine with a fine tannin structure and an intensive spicy aroma, with a hint of chocolate and rum on the nose.
Goes well with beef, pork and game dishes. Recommended drinking temperature: 16-18°C.
