Good golden colour, pronounced nose, full of ripe stone fruits elegant with some dried fruit notes of fig and prune, underlined with orange peel and spice. Good sweetness touch of botrytis and minerality. Plenty of ripe, sweet fruit, fig prune and passion, lychee too. Freshness is remarkable.

Recommended drinking temperature: 10-12°C. Again a very good all rounder, because of the freshness, delicate sweetness and complex notes. Spicy dishes, blue cheese are probably the best choices but it works well with a lot of other dishes too. Drink now but it will develop over the long run.
