Indigenous and very rare white variety, today only planted in the Badacsony area. Usually plain, hard to describe, astringent and slightly oxidized, floral character, however from the best producer, Huba Szeremley this variety lives its renaissance. Dry, crisp acidity, high mineral character, notes of gun powder with a light floral, white blossom touch.

Drink now or in 3-4 years it can show superb development. Recommended drinking temperature: 11-13°C. Could be interesting match with grilled fish, sea food, aged cheese (sheep-, goat cheese).
