While the dry version of this wine showed more ripe stone fruit, peach, pear this rather medium sweet white wine goes into more depth, tropical notes with a hint of dried fruit. Exciting wine, not only because of its age, but also because the mix between minerality and ripe fruit character and honey notes. Good acidity is backing up the flavours.

Good match for dishes with a hint of spice, (Hungarian paprika/chilli dishes), or certain (harder) cheeses as well. Recommended drinking temperature 10-13°C.
