The Juhfark is the unique breed of Somló, which was named after the shape of grape bunch. Its flavor is surprisingly fruity, quince with sweet notes, but also shows the minerality of this region. The yield of the excellent weather and a late-autumn harvest resulted a full-bodied, oily-moving long aftertaste. Lively acidity and rich flavor, nicely balanced with each other. Extremely strong character appears in the Juhfark.

Goes well with herby roast poultry and fish dishes, also with fresh goat-cheese. Recommended drinking temperature 7-8°C
