Dúzsi Kadarka 2007 (Szekszárd)
Out of stock
Unique Hungarian grape variety and very popular in the wine region of Szekszárd. Ruby colour lovely spice and pepper on the nose with a touch of bramble fruit. On the palate, lively acidity with red fruit and spice drive. Old vines provide the necessary density.
Drink now or keep it for the next 2-4 years. Recommended drinking temperature: 12-14 °C. If you have a chance to try it with “typical” Hungarian dishes which contain the fiery but delicate paprika spice (e.g. Goulash soup, but also Fish soup, paprika stews) you have a match made in heaven. Other than that, refined gentle spicy dishes, Indian or South East Asian cuisine.
