The famous Bull’s Blood! Blended from Kékfrankos, Kadarka, Cabernet Franc, Syrah and Pinot Noir fermented in 50hl wooden vats and aged in 220 litre barrels for 2 years. Deep ruby in colour, with a
sour cherry, paprika and pepper nose and forest fruits with eastern spices on the
palate, this is a warm hearted red to enjoy.
Drink now or in 3-4 years. Recommended drinking temperature: 13-15°C. Goes well with paprika dishes, or any meaty food.
