Irsai Olivér is an indigenous Hungarian grape variety, crossed between Pozsonyi and Csabagyöngye (Pearl of Csaba) in 1930 by Pál Kocsis. Delicate dry fine wine with aroma and bouquet reminiscent of Muscat. Crispy white wine with fruits an elderberry notes in the palate. Lady’s favorite. This wine is a beautiful example of this grape variety.
