100% dry Furmint from Lake Balaton.
Grown on marl and loess soils, on a terroir with high limestone content. This is a fantastic selection from the Furmint vineyards of the Kali Basin region of Lake Balaton. Made with spontaneous fermentation, and aged 8 months in ceramics & tanks. Fresh, with citrus fruits, apples and soft minerals on the palate, as a great Furmint needs to be.
Recommended to consume with: Scallops, fish pie and also goes well with Goat’s cheese.
