Kabar is an extremely rare grape variety, and the grapes for this particular wine has grown on two historic sites: Thurzo and Mezes-Maly at the border of Tokaj and Tarcal villages.
This wine showcases racy acidity, that is tempered by a rich, nutty palate with opulent yellow fruits and aromas of juicy apples.
The finish is long and satisfying with notes of warm spice. Unlike anything we’ve tried before, this wine delivers for the curious wine lover on every level.
Highly recommended to consume with: Moroccan tray bake, mushroom and lentil bolognese, roast chicken or smoked haddock fish pie.
