Description
A grape variety which luckily got re-introduced to Somló.
A grape variety which luckily got re-introduced to Somló. It is not only a variety which reflects the terroir well but also which you love or don’t, not much in between. You decide: high in acidity, with a light floral touch and reserved lime zest in the background. Definitely a wine with character and unmistakable identity. More then just a curiosity, unique by all means. Drink now, but due to the high acidity it could have a promising future. Recommended temperature 11-13°C. Good match with sea food or try it with the Hungarian specialty: stuffed cabbage.
