A fantastic, organic Furmint with aromas of ginger biscuits, nectarine, zingy limes, and minerals. It is a great food wine, youthful and sharp.
This is a classic wine from the boutique Sanzon winery in the village of Erdőbénye in the heart of Tokaj, the winery is owned by Erika Rácz and Gergely Jánosi.
Cold fermented in stainless steel tanks & also 6 months aged in oak barrels.
This wine goes well with: Chicken wrapped in streaky bacon, bell peppers stuffed with beans, feta and tomatoes, smoky mackerel fillet, or salmon and buttery new potatoes.
