Grape variety: 40% Cabernet Franc, 40% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon
Vineyard: Kopár, Várerdő and Csillag- Crues
Age of vine – stocks: 8-10 years on avareage.
Vintage: Average winter, early blooming, diverse summer. Early vintage, warm and dry autumn. Fruity wines with nice acids.
Harvest: End of October – beginning of November in 2009.
Vinification + maturation: Wines of different grapes were fermented separately in middle roasted oak barrels and aged significantly in Hungarian Oaks.(French – American wood). The cuvee was blended after 22 months ageing from the following varieties: Cabernet Franc 40%, Merlot 40% and Cabernet Sauvignon 20%.
Bottled: In September 2011. 10.000 bottles
Tasting notes: Pure fragrances welcomes in the glass. The satisfactory proportion of forest fruits and spices of oak gives the impression of an already united wine however it is at the outset of its career. Well balanced tannin – alcohol makes it more complex. An already engaging red wine with great potential and elegance.

Food pairing: Perfect choice with game food and red meat dishes. Has the room by the side of sauces, gravy made of forest fruits and mushroom.
